Brad Lyons :
Bradley
has 20 years business management experience including the design
and development of organization and management systems. His business
experience ranges from franchise management to comptroller of a
manufacturing, wholesale, retail distribution company to owning
and operating his own businesses.
The past 13 years he has been an independent Quality Management/Lean
Manufacturing/business consultant conducting private and public
workshops internationally. He has consulted Fortune 100 companies
in addition to small organizations.
Since
1990 to present as principal consultant for BetterResults Guaranteed
(Atlanta, GA), he has taken clients, through a directed process,
from creating Vision and Mission statements and the Strategic Plans,
to implementing the systemic changes required to achieve management's
goals and objectives.
He has developed and led seminars and workshops for public and "in-house"
Lean/Quality/Leadership programs. Additionally, he has co-developed
training courseware and related licensed products used to deliver
"Train the Trainer" workshops to his clients.

Rodney Bogash:
Rodney's
Master Black Belt Six Sigma certification from GE, combined with
his background in Strategic Planning, Process Re-engineering, Marketing
and Sales has prepared him to help clients meet the challenges of
the constantly changing business and customer needs.
His experience as a Master Black Belt allows him to guide companies
that are readying themselves for 6 Sigma Implementation or wants
to enhance their current efforts or wants to explore the possibilities
of a 6 Sigma project to solve specific tactical challenges.
Rod
specializes in the optimization of business process capabilities
to achieve organizational excellence and has extensive experience
counseling and coaching executive level decision makers in developing
and implementing strategies for operational and organizational change.
Rodney has more than 14 years of experience in small business and
Fortune 100 corporations, as well as in the nonprofit sector. He
has held senior management staff and operation positions.
Rodney
earned an MBA Degree from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts
Degree from Penn State University. He holds certifications as a
Quality Manager, Quality Analyst and Quality Management Systems
Instructor.
He is a member of the Georgia Oglethorpe Board of Examiners and
a member of the American Society for Quality.

Martin Donegani :
Martin
has over 18 years consulting and manufacturing management experience.
He has extensive experience in World Class and Lean-manufacturing
techniques especially as applied to Pull planning and scheduling,
systems analysis and augmentation to achieve optimized Order-to-Cash
management.
He has also significant experience in On-Time performance improvements,
Supply Chain, VMI and Kanban inventory management using Kaizen approaches.
He has worked on and directed engagements in high volume manufacturing,
engineered to order manufacturing, textiles and the automotive industries.
Some
of the highlights of Mr. Donegani's accomplishments are:

The design and implementation of an electronic pull scheduling application
to augment a Lean/Flow focused factory, manufacturing steel doors.
This achieved a 13% increase in throughput and a 21% reduction in
inventory within 2 months of implementation.
· Worked with a leading telecommunications company to
develop and implement a web-based shortage escalation tool to free
gated revenues of over 300 million dollars.
· Developed and implemented a wheel sequential scheduling
system to increase utilization and improve output in a leading pharmaceutical
company. Output was increased using this scheduling and other Lean
techniques 42%.
· Developed and implemented a Supply Chain management application
to replace an MRPII module to assist a pump manufacturer to raise
On-Time performance from 53% to 91% within 4 months and reduce excessive
inventories by over 23% during the same time frame. This was also
supporting Shop Floor Lean activities.
· Implemented a Customer Demand Management application incorporating
electronic Kanban both internally and externally for a high volume,
air valve manufacturer. When combined with a Lean initiative it
allowed for the reduction of 40% of shop floor space, 37% reduction
in inventories and Order-to-Cash went from 3 weeks to 72 hours.
Mr. Donegani's degrees are in Economics from Simon Fraser University,
Vancouver BC.

Andy
Arnold holds a Ph.D. in Business Management from Rushmore University,
and is author of the book "Excellence Unlimited: Ten Keys to
Building and Sustaining Peak Performance in Any Business or Government
Organization".
For more than 22 years, Dr. Arnold has helped hundreds of clients
achieve significant improvements in performance, including millions
of dollars in cost savings, and productivity increases of up to
100%.
For 12 years prior, he held management positions ranging from supervisor
to plant manager in companies such as Firestone Tire & Rubber
and MacGregor Golf.
